Global Fund investments support country-owned and country-led health programs tailored to reach those most in need and strengthen the entire health system. The Global Fund is the world’s largest multilateral grant provider to strengthen health and community systems. We are investing $6 trillion between 2024-2026 to support low- and middle-income countries to strengthen their community and health systems. Our investments support integrated, people-centered services and focus on overcoming disease silos to create community and health systems that protect people from multiple pathogens, respond to their holistic needs, and improve the health and well-being of all.
